HOME HEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
Bent County Public Health is accepting applications for a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant. Hours per week will vary depending on client case load. Previous home health experience is preferred but not required. Must have current PTA License, valid Colorado Driver’s License, and access to a reliable automobile. HOME HEALTH RN OR LPN
Bent County Public Health is accepting applications for a Home Health RN or LPN to provide services in accordance with agency policies and in accordance with the client’s plan of treatment. Applicant must have current licensure for RN or LPN, have a valid Colorado Driver’s license, and access to a reliable automobile. Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical. Computer skills are required. Experience/Knowledge with BrightTree and OASIS preferred, but not required.
